Communication with WhatsApp Inc. and Guarantees

The Nabda OTP service and Nabdaotp.com website are not supported, endorsed, or approved by WhatsApp Inc. in any way. The Client understands and accepts all risks associated with using the Service, Website, and API.

Nabda OTP is not responsible for the Client's inability to access the service, API, or accounts due to internet outages, hardware issues, or software problems on the Client's side.

The Client acknowledges that their WhatsApp number or account may be blocked or banned by WhatsApp or WhatsApp Inc.

Nabda OTP is not responsible for service interruptions or access limitations caused by changes, updates, or policies introduced by WhatsApp Inc.

Website Usage

You are permitted to print or download extracts from the Website for your own personal or internal business use, provided that:

• No documents or related graphics are modified in any way
• Graphics are not used separately from accompanying text
• All copyright, trademark, and permission notices appear in all copies

Refunds / Subscription Cancellation

• A free trial may be offered for a limited number of days.
• Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• The service will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
• Subscription cancellation must be completed before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Nabda OTP regarding the use of the Website and Services.

Any statements made by representatives of Nabda OTP that are not explicitly stated in these Terms shall not be considered legally binding.

Nabda OTP shall not be liable for any representations that are inaccurate or misleading if not expressly included in these Terms.
